Convential Oven
- Place rack in center of oven. Preheat to 400 °F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, parchment-lined baking pan. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
Convection Oven
- Place rack in center of oven. Preheat to 375°F. Place frozen fillets on a single layer on a shallow, parchment-lined baking pan. Bake for 17 to 18 minutes.
