Convential Oven

  • Place rack in center of oven Preheat to 400⁰F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 20-22 minutes.

Convection Oven

  • Place rack in center of oven. Preheat to 375⁰F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 17-18 minutes.

Air Fryer

  • Line basket with foil. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 1 minute. Place fish in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry for 11 to 14 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
  • NOTE: Cooking times will vary by air fryer model and wattage. Recommended cooking times are based on a 1550-watt air fryer. These instructions are only a guideline. Reference Air Fryer instruction manual.

CAUTION: Steam can cause burns. Use caution when removing hot food.
