Sweet Bourbon Salmon served with garlicky charred Brussel Sprouts

- 1 package of Sea Cuisine Sweet Bourbon Salmon
- 12 Brussel sprouts – halved
- 2 cloves garlic – sliced thin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon – optional
- Cook Sea Cuisine Sweet Bourbon Salmon as per package directions.
- Toss Brussel sprouts with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet to medium high heat and place the Brussel sprouts, flat side down into the pan.
- Flip Brussel sprouts once charred (approx. 2min) and continue to cook.
- Add garlic, turn down the heat and continue to cook Brussel sprouts until desired textured is reached.
- You can also transfer them to the oven if you wish. Finish Brussel sprouts with lemon juice (optional) and serve with Sweet Bourbon Salmon.
