Conventional Oven
- Preheat oven to 400 ̊F. Coat baking pan with a thin layer of oil to prevent sticking. Place frozen fish in a single layer on the pan and bake for 16-20 minutes.
- NOTE: Cook to a minimum temperature of 165 ̊F.

- Note: Remember to keep frozen -18 °C (0 °F) until you’re ready to Chef it up™. Do not thaw, cook only from frozen. And for optimal food safety and quality, please be sure to follow these cooking instructions.
Grilling
- Heat grill on medium/high (204⁰C/400⁰F).
- Remove frozen fish from packaging.
- Lightly spray with oil a double layer of foil. Place fish portions on foil. Place foil over indirect heat on the grill and cook for 19 to 21 minutes with lid closed.
- Note: Cook to an internal temperature of 69°C/155⁰F minimum. For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to prepare – Do not refreeze.
