Preparation

Ingredients

  • 2 Sea Cuisine Teriyaki Salmon Fillets
  • 2 cups cooked Rice Noodles – chilled
  • ½ cup Sugar Snap Peas sliced
  • ½ cup Red Peppers – julienne
  • 2 cloves Garlic – sliced thin
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Oil

For the Sesame Soy Dressing:

  • 30ml Sesame Seeds
  • 50ml Soy Sauce
  • 100ml Rice Vinegar
  • 30ml Sesame Oil
  • 60ml Maple Syrup
Tips from the chef: Try the rice noodle salad chilled. Simply omit the garlic, slice the vegetables thin and toss chilled rice noodles with dressing for an awesome raw vegetable and rice noodle salad topped with Teriyaki Salmon. For added richness and flavor use a coffee grinder to grind the sesame seeds before adding them to the dressing. A teaspoon of mayonnaise will also add richness and body to the dressing. If you like things a bit spicy try adding a few teaspoons of sriracha, chili flakes or fresh sliced chilies to the dressing.
  1. Cook Sea Cuisine Teriyaki Salmon Fillets as per package directions
  2. Prepare the dressing by placing dressing ingredients into a jar and shaking vigorously.
  3. Heat a non-stick sauté pan to medium heat and add in vegetable oil, followed by garlic, sugar snap peas, and red peppers and sauté for a few minutes
  4. Transfer noodles to serving vessels and top with your desired amount of dressing and the cooked Sea Cuisine Teriyaki Salmon Fillet.
