Garlic & Herb Tilapia Over Kale & Chickpea Caesar

For the Garlic & Herb Tilapia & Crispy Seasoned Chickpeas

  • 2 Sea Cuisine Garlic & Herb Tilapia Fillets
  • 1 cup Canned Chickpeas
  • 2 tsp Granulated Garlic
  • 2 tsp Granulated Onion
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan

For the Kale & Red Bell Pepper Caesar

  • 6 cup Kale Tuscan, stem removed
  • 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers, Strips
  • 6 tbsp Caesar Dressing, Greek Yogurt - Retail Packed.
Tips from the chef: Chickpeas are gluten-free, and a 1/2 cup serving provides 20 g Protein plus they're a delicious and healthy alternative to conventional croutons.
  1. For the Tilapia & Crispy Seasoned Chickpeas: Drain and season your chickpeas by tossing in EVOO, garlic, onion salt and pepper. Prepare the Garlic & Herb Tilapia per package instructions adding your seasoned chickpeas to the same baking pan. When the Tilapia is cooked through the chickpeas should be crispy.
  2. To Plate: Tear Tuscan Kale into 1-2" pieces and toss in a large bowl along with the red bell pepper strips and Caesar dressing. Divide the dressed salad between two plates and top with Garlic & Herb Tilapia, along with half of the crispy chickpeas and grated parmesan cheese.
