Citrus Herb Salmon Sliders

- 1 package Sea Cuisine Citrus Herb Salmon
- 4 each Slider Buns
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Cilantro, minced
- 1 each Lime
- 2 each Radishes , sliced thin
- 2 each Scallions, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup Mixed Greens, or sprouts
- Preheat oven to 400 ̊F. Coat the baking pan with a thin layer of oil to prevent sticking. Place frozen fish in a single layer on the pan and bake for 22-24 minutes.
- Prepare the mayo by mixing the mayonnaise along with the minced cilantro and the juice of the lime.
- Lightly toast the slider buns and then spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the citrus mayo on the bottom of each bun. Break the fully cooked salmon in half and add one half to each of the four sliders. Garnish with sliced scallions, radishes, and mixed greens before serving..
