Teriyaki Sesame Salmon Pho

This quick and easy Pho broth paired with our Teriyaki Sesame Salmon is going to make your home smell amazing. You’re going to love the depth of flavor achieved in such a short amount of time. If you need to save a bit of time simply purchase some premade pho broth. No shame in that game!

  • 1 package Sea Cuisine Pan Sear Teriyaki Sesame Salmon
  • 2 liters, vegetable/chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 ginger, thumb size – peeled & minced
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 star anise
  • Green onion stems
  • Coriander stems
  • 4oz – Dried Rice Noodles
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped

For Garnish

  • bean sprouts
  • Purple Basil
  • Mint
  • Coriander
  • Lime wedges
  • Red Chili’s
  1. Sweat ginger, with sesame oil on low heat in a sauce pot. Add in chicken stock, fish sauce, soy sauce, cinnamon, star anise, stems of coriander & green onions. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and continue to simmer for a minimum of 30min before straining.
  2. Sear Sesame Teriyaki Salmon as per pack directions
  3. Prepare rice noodles as per package directions.
  4. Slice salmon into manageable pieces and place into bowls with rice noodles & bok choy and fill with hot pho broth. Garnish and enjoy!
