Skillet
- Preheat skillet on medium/high heat. Place frozen fillets in a single layer into skillet and cook for 10-11 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking.
- NOTE: Cook to a minimum temperature of 165 ̊F.
Conventional Oven
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen fillets in single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Baking for 18-20 minutes.
- NOTE: Cook to a minimum temperature of 165 ̊F.

Grilling
- Heat grill on medium/high (204⁰C/400⁰F).
- Remove frozen fish from packaging.
- Lightly spray with oil a double layer of foil. Place fish portions on foil. Place foil over indirect heat on the grill and cook for 19 to 21 minutes with lid closed, flip halfway.
- Note: Cook to an internal temperature of 69°C/155⁰F minimum. For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to prepare – Do not refreeze.
