Ingredients
Preparation
- 1 package Sea Cuisine Teriyaki Sesame Salmon
- 2 pack Instant Ramen Noodles
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 ea Egg, whisked
- 1/2 cup Scallions, chopped
- 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Spice
- Prepare the Salmon according to the package instructions.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the instant ramen noodles to al dente for no more than 3 minutes before straining. Discard the seasoning packet.
- Preheat a large non-stick sauté pan over a medium-high setting. Add the butter, garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes until very fragrant. Add the soy sauce and brown sugar to the pan and mix well.
- Reduce the pan sauce slightly before adding the al dente ramen noodles to the pan. Mix well, ensuring all of the noodles are coated in the sauce.
- Using a spatula, move the noodles to the sides of the pan and add the whisked eggs. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, about 1-2 minutes. Stir together the eggs and sauced ramen noodles.
- Divide the noodles equally between two plates. Garnish generously with chopped scallions and everything spice. Top each plate with a sliced and fully cooked portion of Teriyaki Sesame Salmon.
