Preparation
- 1 package Sea Cuisine Mediterranean Salmon
- 1 can Fava Beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup Farro
- 2 cup Baby Spinach
- 2/3 cup Roasted Red Pepper Strips
- 2/3 cup Carrots, julienne, or pre bought carrot matchsticks
- 1/2 cup Pea Shoots
- 1/4 cup Radish, julienne
- 1 Lemon, sliced into wheels
For the Garlic Herb Tahini Sauce
- 1/3 cup Tahini
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Lemon, juice
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 cup Water, or as needed
- 2 tbsp Dill, chopped
- Prepare the Salmon according to the package instructions.
- Add the Farro to a small pot. Cover completely with water and bring to a simmer over a medium-high setting. Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes or until tender. Strain and reserve.
- For the Garlic Herb Tahini Sauce: In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and whisk well to emulsify. If necessary add less or more water to achieve the desired consistency to the sauce. Reserve under refrigeration.
- To Assemble and Finish the Bowls: Divide the baby spinach and cooked Faroe equally between two large bowls.Place a fully cooked portion of Salmon on each. Artfully arrange the remaining ingredients around the Salmon and drizzle generously with the garlic herb tahini sauce.
