Conventional Oven
- Place rack 6 inches away from broil heating element. Preheat to 400⁰F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 20- 23 minutes. Turn broiler on high and broil 2-3 minutes.
Convection Oven
- Place rack 6 inches away from broil heating element. Preheat to 375⁰F. Place frozen fillets in a single layer on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Turn broiler on high and broil 2-3 minutes.
Air Fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 1 minute. Place fish in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry for 10 to 13 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
