Citrus Herb Salmon Pasta

- 1 package Sea Cuisine Citrus Herb Salmon
For the Rich Citrus Pasta
- 1/2 lb Bucatini
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Chicken Stock, or vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Lemon, juice
- 1 ea Lemon, zest
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
- Prepare the Salmon according to the package instructions.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and prepare the Bucatini pasta according to it's package instructions, striving for an 'al dente' preparation.
- While the pasta and Salmon cook, prepare the citrus cream sauce. In a large sauté pan melt the butter over a medium-high setting. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring often. Add the cream, stock, lemon juice and zest to the pan. Reduce setting to medium and simmer the sauce for 5-10minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the al dente pasta and half the parmesan to the sauce and mix well. Divide the pasta equally between two bowls. Garnish with the remaining parmesan and chopped parsley before topping each dish with a fully cooked portion ofCitrus Herb Salmon.
