Ingrédients
Préparation
Ingredients
- 1 package Sea Cuisine Smart Indulgence Roasted Garlic and Herb Tilapia
- SMART short cut! If you own a mandolin slicer, or food processor with a super thin slicing blade, that’s your best bet for ultra-thin veggies
Vegetables
- 1 large beet, washed and sliced very thin
- 4 baby radishes, washed and sliced very thin *We think beets and radishes are the yummy unsung heroes of the salad world, but you could easily swap in bell pepper and yellow onion here
- 3 cups preferred salad blend, washed *Or, snag a pre-package salad bag from your grocery store – we suggest a “Spring Mix”
Salad Dressing
- SMART short cut! Use your go-to salad dressing for an extra pop of flavor instead of making your own
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook Tilapia according to the package instructions.
- While that’s happening, gather all the veggies in a bowl, toss with olive oil, lemon, and season with salt and pepper. Serve salad, top with cooked Tilapia and drizzle with tomato Bruschetta finishing sauce (included.) *For an extra tomato fix, throw in some ripened cherry tomatoes. Dig in!
- For the best food quality and safety, cook fish to a minimum internal temperature of 155°F.
