Sweet Bourbon Salmon with Smokey Parmesan Cauliflower Steaks

- 1 package of Sea Cuisine Sweet Bourbon Salmon
- 1 head of cauliflower
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
- Cook Sea Cuisine Sweet Bourbon Salmon fillets as per package directions.
- Combine mayonnaise, paprika and cheese.
- Cut cauliflower into steaks about ½ inch thick and then brush the mayonnaise mixture onto the flat surface of the cauliflower.
- Heat a skillet to medium high heat (do not add any oil) and place each cauliflower steak into the hot pan and sear until nice and charred (approx. 2min).
- Flip and repeat on the other side.
- Turn down the heat and continue to cook until desired texture is reached. You can also transfer it to the oven if you wish.
- Finish cauliflower steaks with fresh parsley and garnish with extra parmesan (optional), and serve with Sweet Bourbon Salmon.
