Kung Pao Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

Preparation

For the Wraps

  • 1 package Sea Cuisine Kung Pao Shrimp
  • 1 head Boston Bibb Lettuce, separated
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienne
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup Purple Cabbage, julienne
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, julienne
  • 1/2 cup Radish, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Scallions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts, chopped

For the Spicy Mayo

  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
Tips from the chef: For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to prepare – Do not refreeze.
  1. Prepare the Kung Pao Shrimp according to it's package instructions. Once fully cooked, allow the shrimp to cool slightly before assembling lettuce wraps.
  2. Lay out all of your Bibb Lettuce leaves on a serving platter or flat work surface. Divide the carrots, cucumber, cabbage, peppers and radish equally between the lettuce cups.
  3. Reserve approximately 1 cup of the warmed Kung Pao sauce in a ramekin for serving and then add approximately three slightly cooled Shrimp to each lettuce wrap.
  4. For the Spicy Mayo, add all of the ingredients for the mayo to a small bowl. Mix well and serve or reserve under refrigeration until ready for use.
  5. Garnish each lettuce wrap with a sprinkling of chopped scallions and peanuts
