Ingredients
Preparation
- 1 1/2 tbsp Kosher Salt, for pasta water
- 3 qt Water, and 1.5 tbsp salt to a boil
- 6 oz Linguine
- 6 oz Asparagus, tips
- 1 package Sea Cuisine Shrimp Scampi
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 cup Plum Tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup Parsley, Italian rough chop
Tips from the chef: Depending on what you prefer, you can substitute the linguine with angel hair pasta, fettuccine, or spaghetti. If gluten isn't your friend, try zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash.
- In a large pot, begin heating 3 quarts of salted water to a boil. When the water boils, add your linguine and cook until cooked through but still firm to the tooth, or Al Dente. If you like your pasta cooked more then by all means, cook it to your liking. Strain pasta.
- Add the Shrimp Scampi and 1/4 cup of water to a large sauté pan. Cook for 4 minutes before adding the tomato and asparagus. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, while gently stirring. Finish the dish by stirring in the cooked pasta and add parsley to garnish.
