- 1 package Sea Cuisine Garlic & Herb Tilapia
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Brussels Sprouts, trimmed, cut in half
- 1 cup Red Cabbage
- 2 cup Swiss Chard, stems removed, cut into large bite sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon, juice
- Preheat your oven to 400℉. Place the frozen Garlic & Herb Tilapia portions onto a lightly greased sheet pan.
- n a large bowl toss the carrots, brussels sprouts and red cabbage with the olive oil. Arrange the vegetables on the sheet pan around the Tilapia portions. Cook in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the sheet pan briefly from the oven. Stir the cut swiss chard into the vegetables on the sheet pan and return to the oven to cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the Tilapia is fully cooked.
- Drizzle the lemon juice across the roasted vegetables and season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve the Garlic & Herb Tilapia atop the bed of roasted vegetables.
