Mediterranean Salmon Wrap
Simple, approachable and packed with a ton of flavor! Watch out for that caper herb aioli as it’s an umami bomb that will leave you craving for more. When it’s loaded with this much flav, you can enjoy it hot or cold.

- 1 package of Sea Cuisine Mediterranean Crusted Salmon
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp capers, chopped
- 2 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tomato, halved and sliced
- ¼ English cucumber halved and sliced
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup baby arugula / shaved lettuce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
- Cook Sea Cuisine Mediterranean Crusted Salmon as per package directions
- To caramelize onions, heat vegetable oil in a sauté pan on medium-high and add sliced onions and sugar and stir. Once onions start to brown stir frequently and reduce the heat to prevent burning. Continue to saute until onions are caramelized, approximately 10min.
- Combine mayonnaise, capers, parsley, and lemon juice to create a caper herb aioli.
- Remove Mediterranean Crusted Salmon from oven and slice into strips
- Lay tortillas flat and line the center with aioli, followed by lettuce, caramelized onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese (optional), and slices of salmon, and wrap up like a burrito
- Seal the wrap by placing it in a heated pan or grill flap side down or by using toothpicks.
