- 2 ea Sea Cuisine Mediterranean Salmon
- 2 cup Frozen Vegetables Frozen Mediterranean-Style Vegetable Blend
- 2 tbsp Scallions, sliced
For the Spanish Black Beans & Rice
- 2 serving Frozen Spanish Rice
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
For the Bravas Sauce
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 2 tsp Hot Sauce
- 2 tsp Spanish Paprika
Tips from the chef: Because Bravas Sauce is so smooth, try using a flexible squirt bottle which allows you to make attractive designs for your plate presentation.
- For the Sea Cuisine Mediterranean Salmon and Vegetable Blend: Add the Mediterranean Salmon along with the frozen vegetable blend to a sheet pan and cook per the Salmon's package instructions.
