Ingredients
Preparation
Ingredients
- 1 package Sea Cuisine Sweet Bourbon Salmon
- 1/2 cup radishes, sliced thin
- 2 each romaine hearts
- 6 each sweet baby peppers
- 1 each small red onion, sliced into thick rounds
- 2 each ears of corn
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/3 cup prepared caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped fine
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to a medium-high heat. Wrap the frozen fillets together in a double packet of aluminum foil. Place on the grill and cook for approximately 15 minutes until fully cooked through.
- Slice the romaine hearts in half length wise. Drizzle the romaine halves, red onions, baby peppers and ears of corn with the olive oil. Grill each item until charred nicely, but not overcooked and still with a crispy texture.
- Artfully arrange the charred romaine halves along with all of the grilled veggies, the sliced radishes and parmesan cheese. Flake the fully cooked Salmon fillets across the salad, drizzle liberally with caesar dressing and garnish with lots of fresh herbs.
