Smokey Applewood Salmon Crostini
You will love the smokey salmon flavors that blend perfectly with the herbed cream cheese. Great seafood appetizer, hors d’oeuvre or snack that’s ready in less than 30min.

- 1 package Smoked Applewood Salmon
- 1 package of Boursin Cheese
- 1 baguette
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 small container mico basil/arugula sprouts
- Preheat oven to 400F and cook Smoked Applewood Salmon as per package directions
- Slice baguette on a slight bias roughly ½ inch thick. Mix olive oil with parsley, garlic powder and season with salt & pepper. Brush each slice with olive oil on both sides. Toast along side Smoked Applewood Salmon for approx. 6-8 minutes or until golden.
- Remove crostini’s and allow to cool slightly before spreading each crostini with a generous layer of herbed cream cheese.
- Remove Smoked Applewood Salmon from oven and allow to cool slightly before flaking with a fork.
- Top each crostini with cooked salmon and top with micro sprouts.
