Mediterranean Salmon Baked Feta Pasta
It’s all about simplicity with this dish. Splurge and get the best tomatoes, basil, olive oil & feta cheese that you can find. A drizzle of balsamic glaze would be a welcomed addition. Also try substituting feta cheese for goat cheese or Boursin cheese.

Mediterranean Salmon Baked Feta Pasta
- 1 package Sea Cuisine Mediterranean Crusted Salmon
- 2 cups cellentani pasta (or small pasta of choice)
- 1 x 8oz block feta cheese
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ cup basil leaves, sliced
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
- ½ cup olive oil
- Red pepper flakes / fresh chili’s to taste
- Preheat oven to 425F. Place tomatoes in a casserole dish and mix with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place feta cheese in the center and drizzle it with olive oil. Sprinkle half of the parsley on top of tomatoes and feta.
- Bake Sea Cuisine Mediterranean Crusted Salmon alongside the casserole dish for 23-25min to reach desired sauce consistency.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook pasta as per package directions, drain and reserve.
- Remove Salmon & casserole dish from the oven. Add in garlic, red pepper flakes/ fresh chilis and mix in cooked pasta. Add remaining herbs and serve with Mediterranean Crusted Salmon.
