Grill

  • Preheat a gas grill to high. Then, reduce heat to low (temperature should be somewhere between 275 to 325ºF).
  • Carefully grease the cooking grates. Once the grill reaches the recommended temperature, add the frozen shrimp skewers, and close the lid. Cook shrimp for 5-6 minutes on each side or until no longer translucent.
  • Cook to an internal temperature of 158⁰ F minimum.

Pan Sear

  • Preheat a 14-inch lightly greased skillet over medium low heat. Place frozen skewers in the skillet. Turn occasionally until golden brown and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 158⁰ F.

Broil

  • Place oven rack 6- inches from heating element. Preheat broiler on high. Place frozen skewers on a lightly greased sheet pan. Broil 4-5 minutes per side or until the shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 158⁰ F.

Air Fry

  • Preheat air fryer to 350⁰ F. Air Fry 11-13 minutes or until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 158⁰ F. This is a guideline, reference Air Fry instruction manual.

Conventional Oven

  • Place rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 400⁰ F. Place frozen skewers on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 22-24 minutes or until the shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 158⁰ F.

Convection Oven

  • Place rack in the center of the oven. Preheat oven to 375⁰ F. Place frozen skewers on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 22-24 minutes or until the shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 158⁰ F.
