Baja Fish Taco


 

SERVES 4

ingredients
  • 2 Sea CuisineĀ® Tortilla Crusted Tilapia fillets
  • 1 can (11 oz.) southwestern style corn, drained
  • 3 tbsp. chopped red onion
  • 3 tbsp. chopped cilantro, or parsley
  • 3 tbsp. lime vinaigrette
  • 4 (7") corn, or flour tortillas
  • 1 cups sliced green leaf lettuce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
preparation
  • Cook Tortilla Crusted Tilapia fillets as package directs. Cut into strips.
  • Toss together corn, onion, cilantro, and vinaigrette. Spoon onto warmed tortillas.
  • Top with lettuce, avocado, and tilapia.
