1 package Sweet Sriracha Rubbed Salmon, thawed as per instructions

In mixing bowl toss romaine, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Reserve
Take the skewers and start with one piece of the diced red onion on each skewer. Slide the onion almost all the way down the skewer about 1” from the base. Then slide a piece of salmon down to touch the onion. Repeat until there are 3 pieces of onion and 4 pieces of salmon skewered. Reserve
Once grill is hot, follow instructions on package to cook and place salmon/onion skewers on grill. When salmon is ¾ the way cooked place reserved romaine and tomatoes on the grill, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until one side has grill marks. Remove the romaine and tomatoes from the grill and rough chop, and place it back in a salad bowl. Squeeze the lemon juice over the salad.
Lay down the Tabouli, grilled salad, hummus, and Tatziki sauce on a large platter. Top with the skewers. Lightly toast the pita breads on the grill and enjoy your middle eastern inspired healthy meal!
