Your culinary adventure begins here! Remember to keep frozen at -18°C (0°F) until you’re ready to Chef it upTM. Do not refreeze, please. For optimal food safety and quality, please be sure to follow these cooking instructions:
NEVER THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. Remove frozen fillets from packaging and place in a single layer in a clean, sanitized container. Cover and place under refrigeration (38°F or below) overnight.
GRILL INSTRUCTIONS (FROM THAWED):
Preheat grill on medium-high. To build your hobo pack, place 1/2 cup of your favorite veggies in the center of a 13″ x 13″ square of foil. Place thawed fish on top of the veggies, glazed side up. Fold and seal foil. Place pouch on grill and cook 6 – 8 minutes.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN INSTRUCTIONS (FROM FROZEN):
Remove frozen fillets from packaging. Place oven rack in center of the oven. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place frozen fish in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 165°F before enjoying! Microwave cooking not recommended. WARNING: While every effort has been made to remove bones from this product, some incidental bones may remain. Please use caution when consuming.
