For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. If thawed, consume according to “Use By” date stated on package. DO NOT REFREEZE.
- Place oven rack in center of the oven.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place frozen fish in a single layer in shallow baking pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- If thawed, bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 16 to 18 minutes.
NOTE: Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Fish is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
