1 ea French baguette, or demi baguette sliced into 5 or 6” portions
¼ cup fresh herbs such as cilantro and\or basil
1 ea jalapeno pepper, sliced thinly (optional)
2 Sea Cuisine Garlic & Herb Tilapia fillets, thawed
Gather the prepared carrots, radishes, cucumbers and red cabbage. Toss in a large bowl with the vinegar, sugar and salt. Set aside. In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise and minced garlic. Set aside. Slice the baguette portions lengthwise creating a top and bottom piece for the sandwich. Prepare the honey sriracha salmon per the instructions on the box. To prepare the sandwiches spread both cut sides of the baguette with approximately 1 tbsp of the prepared mayonnaise. Layer the bottom of each sandwich with some dressed vegetables, half of the reserved fresh herbs and if desired a few slices of fresh jalapenos. Top with one piece of the honey sriracha salmon and the top of the baguette. Cut sandwiches in half before serving and enjoy!
